I have not had to use the extended warranty as of yet,
however the selection process invoved talking to several representatives of extended warranty companies. Scott Stevens was very forthcoming with information on his warranty, making my decision easier (He also had one of the lowest prices) Long story short, based on what I have seen so far, I am expecting a great relationship.
