We recently bought window screens for the RV which came minus the velcro, as ordered. Upon calling the company, the items were picked up by UPS and within 2 weeks, returned with the velcro. Excellent service - We also bought windshield screens for the RV which came as ordered. We have now bought the RV extended warrenty which was around $1000 less expensive than our dealer quoted for the same coverage.
